New Aparment!

Ahhh!  I love our new apartment.  This is our second day here.  Jesse and I both slept in her bedroom last night because she was scared, lol.  She said she is fine now.  I don’t blame her though.  It is a scary old house.  I decided I am not going to post a video of our apartment until we are finished with all the painting and setting up and shit.  I just spent four and a half hours putting the base coat on the living room walls.  That seems like a long time…but these fucking ceilings are high…not to mention I took random breaks and now I am enjoying a glass of wine.  But I’m done painting for the night.  I might do something else, like put some of the chairs for our dining room table together.  Jesse gets home from work at midnight, so I’m waiting up for her.  AND, we have ALL DAY tomorrow to paint!  Except I have class in the morning, but whatevs.  Okay g2g. Love.

Moving in?

As the subject of my post suggests, Jesse and I may be moving into our new apartment today (a day early).  We are just waiting to hear back from the landlord, who is the most amazing landlord I have ever had.  I will try to make a video of the new apartment right after we move in.  Then I will take another one  around when school starts after everything is painted and all set up!  Yesterday I basically did nothing.  I did a lot of TV watching (TLC specifically).  Tamra, Laura, Kristi, Valerie, and I all watched Big Brother last night and hung out.  Kristi and I had yummy salads and some chips and salsa.     This morning I woke up and was hanging around…and then all of sudden I went into “Oh shit” mode and realized that it was Monday and I have class, haha.  My class starts at 9:15 and it was 9:12…and I was still in my pajamas and had not eaten breakfast or showered and my breath probably smelled like ass.  So I said screw it.  Thank god this is the last week of that class.  On Thursday, I will have completed three summer classes!  I’m proud of myself for actually trying and getting shit done.  All too often, I let myself get distracted by ridiculous things.  That’s enough for now.  I’m off to do whatever until I hear back about our apartment.  Have a good day!     P.S.  I really want the new imac. 

Meghan’s Camp

Well we had quite a short trip to the camp for Meghan’s birthday.  It was really fun, but we kind of just woke up and left instead of spending the whole day there.  Whatevs.  Last night we went and got some groceries and had dinner and drank and danced and just had fun with each other.  We took a lot of pictures – I might post some on here once I get them organized, maybe I’ll make them into a video or something.  I have not done anything else today.  We got back at 2pm.  I’m just chillin at 622 with Kristi and Laura, although they’re both leaving soon, so I’ll just be here alone for the night most likely.  Maybe I’ll clean or something….this place is a dump, lol.  Aight, until next time.  Bye

Whatevs

Last night I slept on the couch at 622.  Building 6 is a very noisy place!  But even with all the drunks yelling and playing loud music, I still managed to sleep. Today I woke up and made a yummy shake, showered, and then ran some errands in town.  Now I’m back and thinking about cleaning up their apartment, since it’s a mess.   We’re all going to Meghan’s camp tonight, which I’m excited about!  That’s about it.  A pretty easy going day.  I’ll update you all about my weekend when I return.  

5 Days until Move-In at 191 Center St!

Hey All.  Yesterday was cool.   

I went on my geology field trip however, which was not so cool.  We were gone from 8:30am until almost 1pm.  Whatevs though. 

After that I went back to the apartment and basically did nothing all afternoon.  Then Kyle came and we went out to dinner at Margarita’s w/Kristi, Tamra, and Laura.  Kyle and I ventured into Bangor to see a movie after dinner.  We saw Stardust.  I had really been wanting to see it.  It’s pretty good, it felt kind of long at points – but really it wasn’t.  It’s worth seeing, but I would wait and see it when it hits the cheap seats just because it was not AMAZING.  Not $8 worth of amazingness. 

I had class this morning, then I went back to the apartment and got the rest of my stuff out into my car, can now I’m at Kristi’s place hanging out with her until Tamra gets here later. 

This evening I’m going home to drop off a few things I do not want anymore, then going to the Grandparents place to see my Great Aunt who is visiting – then it’s back to Kristi’s to watch Big Brother with everyone.  Most likely I’m crashing after that, considering I only got 5 hours of sleep last night.  Actually, maybe I’ll take a nap right now. Bye blog buddies!
